General
◆ All commissions are digital products◆ Commissions include commercial usage for promotional use◇ Commissions can be used for streaming, self-promotional, content creation, and personal uses◆ The commission will be initiated once the initial invoice is paid by the client◆ I reserve the right to refuse commission requests◆ Commissions may not be used for AI derivative works, NFT, and cryptocurrency◆ I will try my best to contact those whose commission request I have accepted within 1 week. However, I may place your request on a waitlist and inform you if I am interested, but unable to take on additional work at the time◆ For those requests placed on a waitlist, please keep in mind that this does not guarantee that your commission request has been accepted◆ Commissions will be done in my style. I will try to follow the request to the best of my abilities as I can.◆ I reserve the right to include showcases of the completed work in my portfolio.◆ Please make sure to check for the “Important Notes” under each commission type within their respective pages, as they may have their own restrictions that apply under my Terms of Service◆ The completed commission will be delivered by email or Google Drive link◆ Characters must have an already established visual design. I will not be accepting design work, other than any applicable commission types (e.g. Live2D Mascots, Live2D vTuber model art)◆ The client is responsible for providing visual references and/or written description. Any extra requests that are not included should be also provided with clear reference.◇ Please note that the client must provide all details in their request, or else additional fees may be incurred if additional details are provided after the commission has been started◆ I reserve the right to stream the commissioned artwork, processes, to streaming sites or post WiPs on social media, unless otherwise discussed with the client. (e.g. request for private commission, NDA)◆ When using my work that you have commissioned, visible credit must be given to me. Please credit me with my social media. E.g. “Live2D Model Rig by duokhaydraws (twitter)”◆ The rights to the commissioned work may not be re-sold without my permission
